Adam Dorn has been meaning to get back in shape. He’s promised both his wife and himself that he’ll get back in the gym and start sweating off his spare tire; a promise he intends to keep. But when Adam finds himself taking his first timid steps of that long, painful journey in a small hotel gym, fate intervenes in the form of a psychotic security guard. Trapped in the gym with this large monolith of a man, Adam realizes that his workout has taken an ominous turn, and only one of them might get out alive.
